Displays a BoxCast broadcast. This class is a subclass of VideoView that knows how to handle a broadcast and broadcast view resource. In order to play a broadcast use the setBroadcast(Broadcast) and setBroadcastView(BroadcastView) methods and then call start(). Please note that a fully detailed Broadcast must be used.
